Thank you for joining us in helping Santa find his elves! To register for the event, please
read the following information. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them

HOW TO PLAY:
Contest runs between SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 8:00am and ends SUNDAY, DECEMBER
17, midnight.
Register to participate between now and Saturday, December 9, 2023. Registrations received after the 9th will not be able to entered into the contest.
A variety of clues leading you to where the elves are hiding will be available on the clues page at
8:00 am on Saturday, November 18.
Follow the clues, and when you find an elf take a photo, which we call ‘Elfie-Selfies’ (preferably
a selfie or a group photo with your team) with the elf.
DO NOT REMOVE THE ELF FROM ITS HIDING SPOT!
The ELF AND AT LEAST ONE YOUTH must be in the photo for it to count,
as only youth between ages 3 and 17 are eligible to win prizes.
Email your photos to elvesontherun@outlook.com with your team name in the subject line. This
will help the Elves on the Run team to credit your team the applicable points. (SAMPLE
SUBJECT LINE: <Team Name> found an elf). After review, your photos will be uploaded to
ElvesOnTheRun.org.*
Don’t hold on to your photos–Please send your photos as you find them, so that we can update
an accurate point count.
Emails must be timestamped no sooner than November 18, 8:00am and no later than
December 17 at midnight to be eligible.
The Elves on the Run team will review submissions, credit applicable points, and will notify
teams of their final point values and winner status by December 30.
POINT VALUES are 10 points per elf. CHECK OUR SOCIAL MEDIA FOR BONUS CLUES
AND FOR ‘SPECIAL’ ELVES THAT ARE WORTH ADDITIONAL POINTS!
PHOTOS MUST INCLUDE THE ELF AND AT LEAST ONE YOUTH. Family photos welcome!
ELVES ARE PLUSH AND LAMINATED IMAGES.
